Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Hello,

The dark evenings are of course with us, but that has not put off people visiting. Some even arrive over an hour early. We receive many families, probably effected by the benefits cap and relatively high bills. Of course this can have a knock on effect especially for those further from the labour market and those with child care responsibilities.

Ourselves, we are struggling to get some foods that we would normally get due to supermarket shortages. So if you wish to donate we would gladly receive 1 litre cartons of long life milk, cereals, tinned meat, cooking sauce, juice and toiletries.

Also, we are open to taking on more drivers to collect fresh food, especially on a Tuesday lunch time from Edible London in Barnard Street, N15 and bring it to us on Wightman Road. From that there could be further opportunities to help us. You can email me at gospelcfoodbank@gmail.com

Where should we drop dry goods and at what time? Do you have a method to give a cash donation? Thanks, Fleur
