Wanted: Floor Sanding and Restoration Recommendations

We would really appreciate it if anyone can recommend someone. Particularly interested in the restoration part as lots of our floorboards are damaged. It’s for a ladder house.

Hugely recommend Petr who I found through a recommendation on this site. He restored an old wooden floor earlier this year (fitted some new boards, filled gaps, sanded, stained, varnished) and fitted a new one. You might want to contact Absolute Floor Sanding (absolutefloorsanding.co.uk) for a quote as well. I used them for wooden worktop restoration and they did a good job, but their main work is floor sanding and the guys I met seemed to know their job. Not local — based in Essex — and not dirt-cheap, but could be a useful comparison.
