It's the last weekend of work for the newspaper seller in Crouch End and I'm glad to see that he has got some recognition of his astonishingly long career - standing in that tiny hut in all weathers. It's a shame to see him go but I'll be hopefully taking him a good luck card tomorrow. He has been a fixture for 42 years serving the local community... public service comes in all kinds of guises.

Aww wow he has done amazing, I remember watching a little film about him and his life around the hut, little parts of life that are sadly missed when they are gone!
Good for Paul, yes been there a long, long time, come rain or shine, remember him when i lived in Crouch Hill, my children were in a pram then, now married with their own children --he is a bit of a Legend.
