As I said there, Valerie, you need to try all the steps outlined in this linked help page. If you're not confident to try it yourself, do you have a friend or neighbour who can help?

Go to the first reply on the other thread (by clicking the blue your last thread above, and click the blue word this - the blue indicates a hyperlink, in other words, clicking a blue word will link you to another page).
