Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Hi, does anyone know a good reliable and reasonably priced company that can repair a chip in my bath? Ideally that can give a guarantee, as I've heard it's not an easy thing to get a long lasting result.
Many thanks

You can do it yourself. A hardware shop will sell a specialised paint in a tiny bottle,  it uses the same solvent as nailvarnish. Wait for it to dry, and smooth using fine wet and dry paper. If the chip is deep it may need several coats of the paint to make it smooth, rubbing down between coats to remove excess paint on top of the unbroken enamel.

I once dropped a hammer in someone's bath, when working for them, and thought that I would have to pay for a new bath, but instead the chip was gone before they came home! They never knew!

Thanks Alan, that's kind of you to suggest doing that. I don't actually have any spare time though, hence wanting to pay someone to do it.
