Hello, Phil,

if you can’t locate the owner, I’d recommend ringing the bank to report the card found. They can then block it, inform the owner, which I am sure will give her piece of mind, knowing someone hasn’t gone on a shopping spree with it!

Yes, Phil,  I think that’s best, as I suspect she has discovered she has lost the card and is probably worrying if someone else has used it.
