Karate and gymnastics classes for young children?

We are moving to the ladder with a three and five year old.

Any recommendations for karate and gymnastics class?

My daughter coaches gymnastics at the Harringay Club (just on the other side of Hornsey Station. https://www.ymcanorthlondon.org.uk/what-we-do/harringay-club-childr... Not sure what the plans are for classes from September though.

Thanks. Hopefully it wont be too much longer until the classes are up and running. Just trying to do a bit of forward planning!
