I had internet problems earlier this evening - an internal, rather than local issue. Having re-booted everything etc. to no avail, I rang Virgin and was slightly alarmed to hear that there might be a waiting time of up to an hour. In fact I got through in 15 minutes (better than normal) to a very helpful Scottish woman and between us we got it all working again. Phew!
