yes its another thumbs up for Neil, who has been sorting out my plumbing problems here on the ladder, probably 8years now, after a recommendation from here. He has helped me out so many times, sometimes at short notice if its been urgent, sometimes not even charged me if its a small job. Otherwise if not urgent, yes i have had to remind him a couple of times, as you often have to do  good tradesmen. Always helpful and competitive prices. But most importantly, is that I totally trust him. that goes a long way. When I have been ripped off my previous tradespeople so many times in the past. he is a local man, with a young family to support. So its good to support the local community as well
