2 rooms to let in my house

My two long-term tenants are leaving in about a month. The rent is 750 or 700 for the smaller room though that overlooks back. Both rooms have double beds. The rent includes utilities and bills. 

It's a lovely cosy house (if I do say so myself) with a good size kitchen. 

I'm a poet/writer and teach at Goldsmiths Uni of London though am in USA for part of the year. There's a friendly cat in residence to look after when I'm away. 

During that time you and other tenant have the house to yourselves. If you're interested drop me a line with your cell phone and I'll text you back.
