Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Railway Fields work going on?

Anyone know what they are up to in Railway Fields - there's a skip into which workmen are putting all sorts of things including what look to be old tools? Seems to me they could be recycling them to a charity or at least metal recycling.

There is work being done on the bridge so it might possibly be linked to that.

Hi Maddy,

We are building a small extension to the cabin at Railway Fields in order to better accommodate our environmental education work. The skip is mostly full of rubble and soil that needs to be removed to make way for the foundations. We take care to reuse and recycle as much as possible, but unfortunately the tools in question are not usable or recyclable.
