Homes for Haringey not planning to repair my roof for two months - help/advice needed

I know there are a few other HfH leaseholders on here so hopefully someone might be able to help.

Basically, my roof is leaking (I'm not even on the top floor - it's so bad it's already penetrated the floor above me!) and HfH have scheduled the repair for 21 February. This is clearly not an acceptable timescale to do something about it (the damp patch is getting worrying close to my electrics, and the bits that aren't dripping have mould beginning to form). I was going to report them to the council's housing standards department, but they specifically exclude any HfH properties. Anyone have any ideas on who I should be talking to/what I can do?
