If anyone is looking for a really nice Pilates class I have been to a lovely class for 2 weeks now in the Islington boxing club in Crouch Hill.
Steph only charges £5 for the hour and I have learnt so much and it has helped my back loads already. It’s only been going 3 weeks and she could do with a few more people to make it worth her while at that price . It’s 2pm on Saturday afternoons. Steph is really warm and goes round to everyone to make sure they are doing it correctly .
Its for men and women young and old.

What is the exact address? I'm not aware of a boxing club in Crouch Hill. There is one on the corner of Hazellville Road and Crouch End Hill/Hornsey Road though that calls itself the Islington Boxing Club.

Hi yes that’s I think that the one. It has Elrhourne Park behind it You go in and walk up the stairs and it’s there . It’s £5 which is so cheap as I pay £9 to go to one on Tuesdays. Steph the teacher is great at explaining it all and getting you to use the right parts of your body to help with preventing injury and it’s really helping my lower back pain.
