It's a Potters Bar phone number. Put a 1 after the first 0 and try ringing it

Excellent thinking Gill, found it! Turns out there use to be a place called the HQ's Club in Hatfield, now known as Franks pool club.

Odd that the sign is here in Haringey. thanks for the assist :)
