Visited yesterday. Pub is converted from old 1920's toilets on the Tottenham High Road and Monument Way. Lovely tiled interior, good selection of beers including from local breweries and nice atmosphere/music. Well worth checking out.

From this site a little background; https://tottenham.london/mwc
'After being vacant for a number of years, the building has been renovated by Haringey Council. The project has been part funded by the Mayor of London’s Growth on the High Road project, which aims to improve Tottenham High Road and make it a more attractive place to shop, meet and socialise.'
Opened May 3rd. Food looks good. Their twitter feed; https://twitter.com/highcrosslondon?lang=en
Had a peek on their Instagram - looks really well done!
They may be a great venue with excellent food etc. But the drawing originally from the Lies Factory at Haringey Council is substantially fiction.
The artist's impression pretends there are no carparks. And no regular dumping. It ignores the poor maintenance of the small green. The artist appears not to have noticed the existence of the High Road and Monument Way. Choosing instead to picture some calm rural idyll.

You have a flickr album full of photos you've taken of bags of rubbish in a street. I am in awe.
