Urgent Plumbing Reconfiguration Work Required

We have a makeshift tap (serving our washing machine) that is leaking badly when in use and wasting a lot of water. It is also worryingly close to a plug socket.

Does anyone know a local affordable and skilled plumber who would be available to fix?

If there is an option to move the tap externally that would be beneficial.
