Nice Job on Grand Parade (Corner of Salisbury)
A big pat on the back to the freeholder of the Grand Parade block on the northern corner of Salisbuty Road (or whoever is responsible). We now have a nice wee strip of well renovated upper parts of Grand Parade.

I own a tenanted property on Grand Parade of which they are landlords through a subsidiary company... they have asked us to support their plans and I have been to their offices.

Chris Lazari's family do own lots of property, including property on green lanes, but they certainly do not own the freehold to most green lanes... or even a big percentage of it! I think they have one largish estate over a couple of blocks. I could well believe it's the block with Iceland on it.

What an amazing difference it makes. Let's hope more owners/freeholders on the parade follow their example.
