Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
Fighting anti-semitism in Labour - must include Issues in Haringey
Tonight the fight against anti-semitism in Labour reached Parliament through the #EnoughisEnough campaign
And finally the Labour leadership and party are committing resolute action.
Local MP David Lammy attended the protest and has said he fully supports the campaign.
So he must ensure that in Haringey recent behaviour by a very small but unpleasant few is included in this resolute clampdown
This should include reviewing local Cllr Noah Tucker who has called campaigns against anti-semitism a ‘witch hunt’. He has also voted against Haringey Council working with the international holocaust remembrance alliance on anti-semitism***

This is what is happening in Haringey - now they are threatening the local MP due his to adding his support to the protest and speaking out against anti-semitism.
Much of the anti-semitism and agression takes place on the Labour Haringey facebook group.
Needs thorough investigatation and action.
Hate politics should be stamped out wherever it arises.

TimP do you have a screenshot or link of the antisemitic and aggressive remarks on the FB page? I'm asking as a labour party member who deleted his FB account a while ago .
I can honestly say that I hadn't seen any posts of that nature and I genuinely felt the page was well moderated, however, I haven't been able to see it for a while and never really engaged much with FB anyway so would be grateful if you could add some weight to your claim.

It is backed by many public bodies and Governments as a part of the fight against anti-semitism.
Noah Tucker (not the only one in Haringey) has been consistently anti-semitic in actions and language.
Just look at his support for anti-semites in Labour such as Jackie Taylor and saying that those distressed at her and other racist behaviour are organising a ‘witch hunt’
if he and others like him are to remain in public life at the very least they should go on educational courses to address their behaviour.
