Is this the same Mr Kinas whose name is on the current planning application for a house in Umfreville which is clearly on its way to being yet another HMO?

We used Jacqui Connolly from John Bays & Co based in Wood Green. They were recommended to us and were brilliant, no nonsense, efficient and good value. Good luck!

I've used Sharon Earnshaw of Ellen Court Solicitors on 3 occasions http://ellencourtlaw.co.uk/. Very cheap rates (approximately £400), and no surprise charges added on at the completion. Incredible service - friendly, helpful, on the ball, easy to get hold of. It isn't necessarily a case of you pay for what you get - have paid other conveyancers much more and had lousy service
