Change of use for The Imperial

MPS West Green have kindly tweeted a picture of a licence application for The Imperial on West Green Rd, lately a church, now set to become a 'banqueting suite'.

I'm not sure if this is a boilerplate application, and I'm okay with progress, but I'm not okay with the prospect of a 4am alcohol licence, and I'll be looking to submit a representation. Closing date is 1 Feb.
