YEs, sadly they shut down for good in May. I'm guessing it was related to the rate hike around that time.

I've recently discovered the Asian shop in Wood Green market, and it's got quite a good selection

I live equidistant between the Turnpike Lane Chinese shops (ie the Westbury Ave one and the other on the Banksy road behind Poundland) and Hua Run on Seven Sisters Road.  Currently Hua Run gets my custom when I haven't got time/inclination/only need a couple of items for a proper trip to Chinatown or Wing Yip.  On the couple of occasions I've bought their clams I've found them better quality than those found elsewhere, although not cheaper.

Sad news about Sika. Do any of the Chinese stores do general Asian; miso, chili sauces and whatnot?
