Would you like to share a child minder / nanny with us?

Hi everyone, 

We are looking at child care options for our 10 month old baby. We've been looking at nurseries in the area but the daily price of £60-70 a day is a bit scary!

At the moment, our baby has a wonderful child minder who he sees at the creche for a couple of hours at a time, and he adores her so much. She would be happy to do more full days of child minding. We would absolutely love to hire her for 2-3 full days a week, but need to find other parents in the neighborhood who do a bit of a nanny-share arrangement and share the cost. 

She can take up to three kids and will charge £15 an hour. This could be brilliant because it would end up only being £5 per hour per child. It'd be much cheaper than a nursery and we'd have the added benefit of knowing he was getting a great level of attention from a talented and lovely child minder who we know and trust.
