WANTED - 2 bedrooms flat/house from May 2015

Good evening all and happy new year! 

Around April/May my boyfriend and I are looking to move in together. 
We both love the area and would love to be able to stay here!

We're looking ideally for a nice furnished/partially furnished 2 bedrooms flat/house (or 1bedroom with enough storage) in Harringay, close to a tube station (it's important as I work in Wembley and I want to avoid having to take a bus on top of the 1hr journey..).

We are both professionals in our late 20's (more early 30's for me soon I am afraid) and have a budget of £1200 (plus bills) or £1400 (all bills included).
