Should we in Harringay be thinking about a neighbourhood plan?

There was an interesting conversation over here on HoL about neighbourhood plans and forums a little while back (interesting enough to have been picked up by a few national organisations).

At the weekend, something else on neighbourhood planning came across my desk which set me wondering whether we shouldn't at least be having a discussion about whether we would be well served by developing a neighbourhood plan for Harringay. I suspect the pitfall here, as is so often the case, will be finding a person or persons to lead on it.

At any rate, I'm attaching the publication which I received at the weekend. It's designed to help local people think through whether they should consider developing a neighbourhood plan - and if so which route to use.
