Personal Safety Classes for females February 2010
Good Evening.
On Tue 02/02/10 we are starting the second round of Personal Safety Classes for Women at the Kurdish Community Centre Portland Gardens N4 1800-2000hrs. They will run every Tuesday throughout February until 23/02/10.
These lessons are designed and carried out by a qualified and experienced female instructor and cover the theory behind awareness and personal safety and also practical techniques.
They are open to females aged 13 yrs onwards and there is no restriction on levels fitness etc and no specialist clothes are required. This is purely aimed at every day, real life scenarios and it is suggested that each individual complete the four lessons.
Tonight (28/01) sees the final class for January's course which has been well attended and has received excellent feedback.
