We have a lovely double room available in a flat share on Stapleton Hall Road. 

The 3 bed flat is on the top floor of a converted house, with shared kitchen, bathroom and living room (see pics). The room will be unfurnished as all the furniture belongs to our housemate. It is small but fits a double bed and drawers/shelf units. If needed there is a bit of space in the living room for extra storage.

Details:

Rent is £585pm and bills average out £75-78 per month. We also take turns to top up gas: you'll pay £20 every three months, a little more in winter. Deposit is £511.11 

The room is available between 6th July and 6th August, the move in date can be confirmed depending on availability. There will be 6-7 months left on the contract, with an opportunity to renew next year. 

Housemates: 

Two female professionals who both work full time, so tend to use the flat as a base to relax and chill out. When we're not working or lounging we like to be out socialising or spending weekends away. So we're definitely not a party house but we're not averse to spending a couple of evenings catching up with each other with some trashy telly and a glass of wine and maybe a pizza. 

We're looking for someone quite similar, who is working full time, has their own things going on in their spare time, is clean and tidy, and of course super friendly with a good sense of humour!
