86 year old Betty Williams has reserved every single table at her local pub on Christmas day to lay on a traditional lunch for 50 older people who otherwise would be alone.
Betty's husband unfortunately passed away 12 years ago and she's been alone on Christmas ever since. This year, Betty wanted to make a difference and help those in the same position as her.
"I just thought it was the sort of gesture I could make to people in the local community who might be in trouble."
The meal will end up costing Betty roughly £1,000 but she says the money is not important as long as people having someone to talk to on Christmas Day.
