Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Hi! I know there are a couple of threads, but most seem quite old.

Have had a few valuations over the last week for my 1-bed, and am struggling to make my mind up, so would love to know how anyone has found selling with Anthony Pepe, Winkworth, Wikinson Byrne (or any others)?

The valuations have been quite different - and I'm not sure what's realistic / too low / too high, or who would do a good job with buyers.

Thanks so much!

I used Paul Simon and they were fine, I'd use them again. They put in plenty of work getting my place sold. Chose them mainly as we were also buying in the area and they seemed to do better at finding us properties that we were interested in. Winkworth's seemed to just suggest any property that was nearby, regardless of our criteria which made me concerned how they'd market mine.

Anthony Pepe were also decent to deal with and would probably be my second choice. I didn't have a good experience with Purple Bricks as a buyer, some places were impossible to view with no explanation why and it was very "call centrey" dealing with them.

I'd take the valuations with a pinch of salt, they are probably higher than is realistic. Look at the completed listings on Zoopla and the land registry and look at what else is on the market.

We used property Inc at Turnpike Lane to sell a two bed flat & to buy a house, they were amazing. Honestly don't think we'd have moved if they hadn't been so great.
