Yes Caroline, my Brother was Brian but he was born 10 years prior to you so long gone by the time you graced the class rooms.   Aldridge doesn't immediately ring a bell with me, my grandmother lived in horrible old tenement style flats at 12c, an old Auntie immediately opposite at number 11 and extended family thereabouts.   Plus another 'uncle' at number 43, West Green end...........to be cont'd..

Back again :  'Freezywater' sounds like a select American real estate development !  Child bride then, eh Caroline !   

I married in '72 and 'emigrated' to darkest Norfolk just 5 days later.  Have remained here since though 4 house moves. Now in North Norfolk, Cromer way.

I imagine 630 was quite a lovely house.  I too remember Harringay with much fondness, many happy memories.   Oh no, that beautiful garden sacrificed for car parking.  That is scandalous.
