Thanks to Alistair for recreating the angles used in the old shots. He's posted them on the original pages, but I thought they were so interesting they deserved to be combined for a closer comparison. So I started to do that and now Alistair has taken it on.

It's amazing how little has changed in many of these pictures. I would have expected to see more modernisation than there actually is.
