Just saw discussion on HoL about local policeman.  We've been having problem on our parking space in our flat.  Our parking is a private parking which needs a copy of permit - there's an abandoned van with a permit, which I assume someone within our flats must have left (not sure still here) - doors to the van is broken so now a homeless person is living there.  He has been sleeping there and is doing drugs inside of the car.  My partner has called police many times since last week - first time he called, police car came but the guy was not in the van so they left.  Not sure if police came back for subsequent calls he's made.  We've got a little kid in our flat and there are other kids within the premise.  We have contacted the service management company too, but they have not acted upon on it yet.  Could you give me an advice as to what else we could do to get rid of the van?
