This was on the path below the old Rose Garden down to Alexandra Park Road for those residents although the larger houses like ours had cellars , where, in the worst raids ,we would sleep.
The shelter was brick built with concrete roof and with wooden benches I do not believe it was ever inhabited during raids.

I know of one Air Raid Shelter at Alli Pall.
