    re "Can we sort, HOL Navs, so we don't have to join a group just to post in it?" The architecture of the site doesn't allow that but you can leave a group again straight after posting in it and the Action on Housing group may be a good place to group HMO discussions in future.

    Thanks for the correction on the BBC link. Wired - I wrote that from my phone, tested the link, saw it was wrong, fixed it and it then seemed to work ok - so no idea what's happened there. Thanks for spotting it. I meant to check when I came home.
