Seeking a room to rent

We have had a lovely lodger, Mauricio, since last June. He has been quiet, clean, helpful and considerate, always paying his rent on time and we now consider him a friend with whom we plan to keep in touch. (He is also really good at fixing computer problems as he was studying I.T. at university before he moved to England, and has proved useful in this respect!)

His first language is Spanish and his English has been good enough for us (non Spanish speaking!) .

He has had to move out due to the return of a family member to the house and is now sleeping on his sister's sofa while he looks for another room to rent. He can afford a maximum of 500.00 pcm inclusive of bills and hopes to be able to find somewhere in or near this area, or within cycling distance of the City where he works as a handyman.
