Despite running a distinctly sub-par service this past year, Royal Mail have made a record profit. Perhaps they'll put some of it into assuring that similar problems don't arise again.
As have most other carrier Firms during Pandemic
Not forgetting that the Service like many other such services also lost Staff to Covid - 19 and variants
Rather hard to bring in New staff if they are operating Covid rules
As most Depots was never built or designed for the amount of current mail , going through them
Whilst it s obvious that there are areas that have not a good experience with Royal Mail during lockdown I have to say that in N15 Seven Sisters area the service has been superb for the whole of lockdown.
