Anyone else having problems. I finally got an answer yesterday, after numerous lengthy calls to them, that its not going to be fixed for another week, as they have to replace a cable. And 99 other houses have been affected
So rubbish. The only reason I stay with them is because its cheap and I like their TV package. But their WiFi is rubbish at the best of times.
I'm with Sky and have never had a problem - except for the price, which is not what I would call cheap!!
Really, and where are you based. Mine is terrible at best, and they agree, but say their isn’t the infrastructure where I live on the ladder, but will be improving it in about a year, doh
