<p>This was really magical. I only came across these performances - nearly too late - by accident, walking through the churchyard.</p>
<p>I complemented the harpsichordist at the end of the Purcell Dido and then remarked to a bystander how good the quality was of the music. He replied "It should be - that was Trevor Pinnock you were speaking to!".</p>
<p>Bleeding hell. A legend I had only heard on Radio 3, music of world standard and there all it was in Hornsey churchyard ...</p>
