<p>Hah, good luck. Have you tried following different menu options and trying to get someone from a different department on the phone? They might be able to give you a more direct number or email address. I went through this farce last month chasing up our energy rebate (which we <em>still</em> haven't received!)</p>

<p>It is hopeless. It is a minefield to negotiate. Also the recently re-furbished website is very difficult to navigate. It is so menu driven and must be impossible to use for many people. WE MUST HAVE A USEABLE AND EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. We should all contact our ward councillors to complain</p>
