<p>Yesterday, in front of multiple cameras, Mr Mann accused former London Mayor Ken Livingstone of being a "<a href="http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/04/28/ken-livingstone-accuses-israel-lobby-of-orchestrating-a-campaign/" target="_blank">Nazi apologist</a>".</p>
<p>That could be viewed as <em>uncomradely.</em></p>

<p>This charge—and suspension of the Whip—should surely be used reserved for egregious examples of uncomradeliness, such as being an eloquent advocate for vulnerable, elderly residents: something for which Cllr. Bull was clearly guilty.</p>

<p>As I recall, Michael, there was a big update for 2014 following the Collins Review. In any case the Party Rulebook is updated every year after the Party Conference passes any changes needed from Conference resolutions and any wider legislative matters affecting the Party.</p>
