I'm an experienced yoga teacher, yoga therapist and mindfulness teacher and I've enjoyed teaching these friendly, local yoga classes for over 10 years.
This class is aimed at beginners or those wishing to take a very gentle practice. Please note that classes that are open to all levels take place on Tuesday evenings and Thursday at 8.00.
I ensure that class sizes enable plenty of space for people to move and breathe and that I can give attention to all who practice.
The first class is free, then from £10-£13 per class depending on the booking options taken.
