 olar Sessions'. It's a yoga practice that combines asana poses and str
 etches with callisthenic conditioning and a healthy smattering of inve
 rsions (headstands, forearm-stands and handstands) to bring you a robu
 st dynamic practice that works on both strength and flexibility.\nWe w
 ork progressively.  Do what you can and with repetition and time, the
  sequence will get easier.\nEach week we cover a different fact-findin
