Hi All, I am pleased to announce I have a beautiful large new venue for my Friday yoga classes, at the new Tabernacle Hall directly opposite Bowes park BR station, just a few minutes walk from Bounds Green. We will start on Friday 28th Dec 7pm - 8pm with flow & restore yoga, suitable all levels, I am then travelling however we will start back on Feb 8th weekly so please drop me a line if you would like to be added to my mailing list, all class details at www.tranquillityinthecity.com .
