With everyones health and safety that attend my priority, all safety measures are firmly in place, now back in our lovely room practice. Had sanitisers available throughout, contactless thermometer upon room entry. All matts & props sanitised after use. Masks to be worn upon room entry - removed once you are on the matt.
We are a happy group and welcome all who wish to join us. YOGA IS AN ANCIENT practice that brings together mind and body. It incorporates breathing exercises, meditation and poses designed to encourage relaxation and reduce stress. Practicing yoga is said to come with many benefits for both mental and physical health.Looking forward to all that will join me:)
