This therapeutic class combines a range of gentle practices to support greater ease in the body, calm in the mind and deep rest to support good sleep. Sessions incorporate a gentle, but powerful joint-releasing series, breathwork and guided relaxations. Suitable and accessible to all levels and those living with a range of health conditions.
I'm an experienced yoga teacher, yoga therapist and mindfulness teacher and I've enjoyed teaching these friendly, local yoga classes for over 11 years.
