Fancy a nourishing and indulgent session of yoga and feasting?! Yoga Brunch is back to satisfy your needs...
Qualified local yogi Stephanie Minchin will be running an hour long yoga class from 10-11am, offering plenty of options making it suitable for both beginners as well as the more experienced. She incorporates a fusion of Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa postures with a focus on breath, positive psychology and mindfulness. The class will finish with yoga nidra under the beautiful stained glass ceiling of the back room at the Salisbury Hotel.
Immediately after the session a vegan brunch spread will be provided until 12 midday, available to sit in or to take away. Included in the price will be a freshly made green juice or fruit smoothie and a variety of sweet and savoury breakfast foods.
Spaces are limited and are offered on a first come first served basis, so make sure you book a ticket in advance to guarantee a place. Extra tickets will also be sold on the morning of the session from 9.40am.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class and through the side door next to the unisex hair salon on St.Annes road. There will be space to change if you wish to and you will also need to bring your own mat. Please message if you don’t have a mat as we have a few to lend out.
Yoga Brunch is a great opportunity to restore and revive your body for the weekend ahead, whilst meeting like minded people and indulging in some delicious vegan food - we look forward to seeing you there!
