Friendly yoga class at St Paul's Church Centre at the top of Cavendish Road on the Harringay Ladder (N4 1RT).
You don’t have to be super bendy to get so much from yoga. Everyone can learn to ease some space into where they are holding tension and to breathe more steadily to calm a busy mind. These classes offer a slow, mindful flowing yoga practice to leave you feeling nourished, nurtured, relaxed and revived.
This session is open to all levels with options given both for those who are a newer, and those who are more experienced in the practice. A class specifically for beginners is also held on Thursdays at 6.30 – 7.45.
The first class is free so that you can come and try it out. Classes are then between £9 - £12 per class depending on the booking option you choose to take (drop in classes are £12). Yoga mats are available to use although you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Anna is an experienced yoga teacher, yoga therapist and mindfulness teacher based in N4. Also offered locally are:
· one-to-one yoga therapy sessions for people seeking to improve their wellbeing while living with a range of medical conditions.
· 6 week mindfulness & self-compassion stress reduction courses
