In this series we will be going back to the source by exploring some famous Greek myths in order to get nearer to elements of true poetry. There will be psychological truths we recognize and violent actions that surprise us. Reading these amazing stories will teach us about the power of the human imagination and inspire us to write from our own experience. Working through practical exercises we’ll collect ideas ready to turn them into personal accounts, short poems or fragments of memory.
