 arts 8pm.\nJasna Jovićević (alto and soprano saxophone, flute) and J
 osé Dias (guitar) present a collaborative duo exploring the intersect
 ion of jazz composition, and free improvisation. Their performance unf
 olds through original pieces, and improvisational soundscapes shaped i
 n dialogue with the space and audience. Working interactively on the b
 andstand, the duo treats performance as a site of inquiry where listen
 ing and response generate music in real time.\nJasna Jovićević is a 
 saxophonist, composer, and improviser working across contemporary jazz
 , free improvisation, and creative chamber music. She has performed at
  festivals and concert series across Europe, the USA, and Canada, lead
 ing ensembles such as the Jasna Jovićević Quinary, Jovicevic/Miklos/
 Wojcinski Trio, and co-leading ANJALI Trio. She has released nine albu
 ms as a leader, including Simple Joy (33 Jazz Records, London 2026). A
 longside her performance work, Jovićević is a Scientific Research As
 sociate in artistic research, focusing on improvisation, embodiment of
  sound, and feminist perspectives in jazz. She is the author of the aw
 ard-winning monograph Good Morning, Jazzwomen and the creator of the A
