THIS IS A Judicial Review of Haringey's decision to grant planning permission for the controversial Wards Corner development.
It is between Janet Harris (claimant) and the London Borough of Haringey (defendant) and interested parties (property developers, including Grainger Seven Sisters Ltd.)
The grounds for challenge to the grant of planning permission are: the alleged bias of the Chair of the Planning Committee (Councillor Peacock) and the alleged failure of Haringey to discharge its duties under The Race Relations Act, 1976.

(there are some parallels with the JR over the attempt by Haringey Council to sell Alexandra Palace to a developer)
