DESCRIPTION:\n\nKezia Abuoma is a pianist and composer from London. Wh
 ilst currently studying at Trinity Laban, she has already performed at
  The Jazz Cafe, Pizza Express Live Holborn, We Out Here Festival, and 
 Dizzy’s Club at the Lincoln Centre, New York.\nKezia and her band wi
 ll be playing a mix of her original compositions which take inspiratio
 n from the music of Wayne Shorter, Herbie Hancock and Mccoy Tyner as w
 ell as some fresh interpretations of older compositions.\nTomorrow’s
  Warriors’ talent development programme has helped nurture an astoun
 ding list of award-winning alumni including Nubya Garcia, Shabaka Hutc
 hings, Ezra Collective, Moses Boyd, Binker Golding and a whole host mo
 re. At the heart of this incredible musical movement is the ethos of â
 €˜each one, teach one’, with each generation sharing their time and 
 supporting the musicians that follow in their footsteps. The creative 
 results are nothing short of inspiring and intoxicating, as witnessed 
 in the new Tomorrow’s Warriors album, I Am Warrior.\nFor over 30 yea
 rs, Tomorrow’s Warriors has played a vital role within its commu
 nity and the wider music industry and has been credited withâ
 €¯literally changing the face of UK jazz.  Free access to Tomor
 row’s Warriors artistic programme has proved crucial in nurturing th
 e nascent talent and early careers of so many of the most exciting U
 K artists currently tearing up the international jazz scene inclu
 ding Mercury Prize 2023 winners Ezra Collective, Moses Boyd, Nubyaâ
 €¯Garcia, Shabaka Hutchings and Sons of Kemet, ESKA, Jason Yarde, 
 Denys Baptiste, Robert Mitchell, Soweto Kinch, Shirley Tetteh, Byron W
 allen...the list goes on.   A Black-founded and Black-led organisa
 tion, Tomorrow’s Warriors  offers a pioneering, comprehensive 
 programme of learning and training which champions and supports young 
 Black and female talent and those who come from challenging circumstan
 ces that would be a barrier to accessing opportunities to pursue a mus
